Custom AI for how your business actually works

Most AI tools try to be everything for everyone, which means they work well for no one. I help you figure out what's costing your team the most time, then I build the software that fixes it.

The Problem

You know AI could be doing more for your business

Most business owners and operators already know this. They see what AI is making possible. They know there are things their team does every day that could be faster, cheaper, or fully automated. But figuring out where to start, what to trust, and how to actually implement it takes time they don't have.

So it stays on the to-do list. Meanwhile, competitors who figure it out first move faster, operate leaner, and start pulling ahead. Not because they have better people or more money, but because they found ways to remove the friction that slows everyone else down.

The gap between knowing you should be using AI and actually using it well is where most businesses get stuck. That's the problem I solve.

My Approach

I start with how your business actually runs

I don't show up with a product to sell. I start by learning your operation across every function: sales, ops, finance, customer service, whatever touches your day-to-day. I sit with your team, map the workflows, and figure out where time and money are being wasted.

From there, everything falls into three categories:

What stays

The tools and processes your team depends on that work well. I don't touch these. I build around them.

What gets replaced

Tools that overlap, do too much, or don't do enough. I replace them with something purpose-built for how your team actually works.

What gets built new

Solutions for problems you assumed you just had to live with. Things that didn't make sense to build before, but do now.

The result might be a system that connects your existing tools so they actually talk to each other, or one that handles work your team shouldn't be doing manually, or both. Nothing gets built that doesn't need to exist, and nothing gets replaced that shouldn't be.

About Me

Commercial operator turned builder

My background is in commercial operations. I've spent years inside businesses figuring out what's broken, what's slow, and what's costing more than it should. I understand how teams work, how decisions get made, and where things fall through the cracks.

Advances in AI have changed what one person can build. I can now rapidly prototype, test, and launch systems that have a tangible impact on how a business runs, at a fraction of what it used to cost. That's what I do full time.

My own consulting practice runs almost entirely on systems I built for myself. My CRM is a conversation. My outreach is automated but reads like a real person wrote it. My follow-ups happen without me thinking about them. I built these tools because I needed them. Now I build them for other businesses that want the same thing.

FAQ

Common questions

How does a typical engagement work?
It starts with a free discovery call where I learn about your business and where things are getting stuck. If there's a good fit, I map out your workflows and identify where AI can make the biggest impact. Then I build it, usually in a few weeks, and stay involved until it's working.
How long does it take to build something?
Most projects go from kickoff to working system in 2 to 6 weeks. Smaller tools like automated workflows can be done in a few days. I scope things so you see results fast, not months down the road.
What happens after you build it? Can we maintain it ourselves?
Everything I build is documented and uses standard tools. My goal is to make myself unnecessary. The system should run without me. I offer a maintenance retainer for peace of mind, but most clients don't need it after the first month.
Do I need to have my data organized before we start?
No. Messy data is usually where I start. Part of the process is figuring out what data you have, where it lives, and what needs to be cleaned up or connected. That cleanup alone often saves time and reduces errors before AI even enters the picture.
How is this different from hiring a developer or using an agency?
An agency needs your project to be complex. I need it to be simple. You work directly with me, not a project manager. I understand operations, not just code, so the tools I build actually fit how your team works instead of how a developer thinks they should work.
